Timmy EverLess

They/Them

Timmy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), entrepreneur, photographer, and community builder. Timmy joined BConnected on meetup (formerly the Denver Metro Bisexuals’ Social Club) in April of 2016, shortly after it all began. They became the Co-Organizer of the meetup and have hosted various events over the years, from game nights and craft & conversations to comedy shows and blacksmithing classes supporting queer-owned local businesses, fostering the community’s growth.

More about Timmy

Timmy moved to Denver from Kansas City in 2015 to pursue graduate education. Timmy holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA with a Double Major in Psychology and Studio Art. Growing up in conservative, rural Missouri, Timmy learned firsthand the significance of queer community and support. These experiences sparked a passion for creating safe and supportive spaces for other queer individuals and for building community both in their personal and professional life.

During free time, Timmy enjoys rock climbing indoors and out, hiking year round, paddleboarding, kayaking, camping, crocheting, GF baking, pursuing photography projects and shoots, tending to an ever-growing plant collection, and connecting with friends on adventures.

Professionally, Timmy owns the private practice, Nurtured Growth Counseling, and provides individual and relationship therapy to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Timmy also owns a photography business called Fierce Moon Photography where they provide an affirming space for queer, trans, kinky, and polamorous people wanting Boudoir, Portraits, and Maternity photos.

Jacob Valore

Any Pronouns

Jacob has been an active member of Bconnected since March 2022. They took over game night in October of 2022. Jacob hosts the bi-monthly Game Night events.

Jacob greatly values the inclusive and accepting atmosphere of the Bconnected community. It’s the first time in their life that they’ve been in a space where most of their friends are bi or queer, allowing them to feel more connected to the Bs. They appreciate the community’s openness to a diverse range of Bi and Queer identities, providing them with a safe space to explore and expand their own concepts of gender identity.

More about Jacob

Professionally, Jacob works as a Web Architect for Adams County. On the Applications team, they design and program web applications in response to requests from various county sectors.

For fun, Jacob is an avid burner, participating in Burning Man and Burning Man Regionals. They enjoy contributing by making homemade pizza and designing camp infrastructure, signs, and stickers for their theme camps. Additionally, Jacob indulges in playing board games, particularly social deception games, which initially sparked their interest in the hobby. They also dabble in playing the Musical Saw, though he humbly admits to being only “okay” at it.

Jacob identifies as genderfluid and embraces any pronouns. They are in the process of discovering what femininity means to them and how they like to express it. In spaces where they feel comfortable, They often wears dresses and other feminine clothing.

Heather Moruzzi

They/Them

Heather attended their first BConnected event in 2023 after sharing with a current member their desire for a broader and deeper queer community. After attending events for a couple of years, they started to support with hosting. With the realization that the true joy of community comes not just from attending but from contributing, it was an easy decision to pursue a spot on the board three years into their BConnected journey, and they are excited to continue growing with this amazing organization.

More about Heather

Heather was born and raised in the Denver area and still finds home here, delighted to be close to both their born and found families. They are fortunate to have people in both who are open to learning as Heather explores identity- Heather identifies as queer both in sexuality and gender, and loves the room for change they have found in the queer identity.

In their free time, Heather loves to paddle board (catch them hosting Lake Days in the warmer months), camp, and explore in the warmer months; puzzle, thrift, or craft in the colder months; and travel, host, and spend time with their pets and a good audiobook year-round.

Heather works in mental health, specifically supporting unhoused people and people with severe persistent mental illness in Denver while supervising budding social workers. Guiding people through connecting with compassion is of great importance to Heather and they hope to carry that into their personal life as well.

Three Brodsky

She/Her

Three started Bconnected in 2016 when she was first coming out. She felt lonely and wanted to find other Bisexual people to get to know outside of dating apps or bars. She knew that the Bs were out there, had read the statistics that apparently there are a lot of Bi people, saw proof of Bs existing online in chat rooms, but found no groups of Bi people meeting in daylight together anywhere. She had one goal in mind: Can we get more of us in the same room together, and can it be chill and fun?!
The answer turned out to be an enthusiastic YES.

More about Three

Bconnected started as a passion project and has now evolved into a nonprofit. She takes pride in the community she and the other members have built and is excited about the new Bconnected GLOW-UP.

Three is originally from Idaho and has lived in Colorado since 2003. She’s a Minister, Writer, and Spiritual Coach with the Boulder Psychic Institute and runs most or all of Bconnected’s operations. What excites her the most about the upcoming new phase of the group is creating more Bi culture—art, traditions, shared knowledge (workshops!), a spiritual piece for those who want it, and more events outside!

When she’s not promoting the Bi Agenda, writing, or coaching, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband, girlfriend, kids, and extended family. She tries to sneak in some kickboxing, biking, or hiking whenever she can.

Three identifies as Bisexual and will often joke that her gender is “the trickster.” This means that she doesn’t mind when people use they/them pronouns for her, and she tends to be somewhat neutral in her outward expression.

Jin Russell

She/They

Jin joined BConnected on meetup in 2024 to be social and meet people who share her ideals, and where she could express the queer side of herself. She became a part of the board to be more involved in the group and help move the organization forward. She brings her experience and energy as an entrepreneur to help problem-solve, show up with enthusiasm, and help the group grow. She helps organize and host various events, like the Halloween masquerade fundraiser and the banned book club!

More about Jin

She understands bi-erasure and gender stigma first hand. Gender definitions have always felt more fluid than one specific masc or fem definition to her, and she has always enjoyed playing with those boundaries. She grew up in a very conservative place, where queer identities were not always accepted or welcomed. When she came out in college to her queer friends, it was not what she expected; Bi wasn’t in their definition of queer and she was told that wasn’t a thing. Although that experience was a challenge it taught her that acceptance and family is not always where you expect to find it. It’s one reason why she works with the board to create a space where bi people can show up and be able to express themselves in the way that fits them, not how society has deemed appropriate.

Jin is an entrepreneur who spends the majority of her day running and marketing a small software company. On the side, she reads tarot and loves giving folks inspiration to answer the big questions in life. When she’s not working, you can find her playing the bass, knitting, painting, sculpting, or spending time in the garden or wilderness, with her husband and possibly dragging the kids along too.
